Artist's Description
Early morning in the desert and some hot rodders meet for some car fun... A digital illustration influenced by my love of traditional hot rods that appeared in car magazines of my youth in the late 1950s and 1960s.
About Ken Morris
Ken has been interested in art since an early age (born in mid 1950s) and one of the first things he drew before the age of five was images of cars. Automobiles, mostly the American classics and hot rods are Ken's passion. In 1983 he restored a 1960 Corvette which he still owns and drives in the summer. Ken has been employed in the IT industry since the 1980s where he became exposed to digital art. He is a self taught digital photographer and digital artist using tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, Corel Painter and Artrage as well as 3D modeling and rendering apps like Hexagon, Vue Complete, 3DCoat, DAZ Studio, Groboto3D, Silo3D & 3D Coat. In some of Ken's digital illustrations he will combine hand drawings with digital photo elements...
