Artist's Description

Prospect - Verona Island, Maine USA. The first bridge observation tower in the United States and the tallest public bridge observatory in the world. In 2007 replaced the earlier Waldo–Hancock Bridge which was built in 1931. It is a cable stayed bridge. Unlike the bridges in Halifax, Nova Scotia and San Francisco, CA which have double cables at the outside lanes, this bridge uses a single cables down the middle of the lanes.
It is near to Fort Knox, Maine.
